“Back to School” Haul

I’m not going back to school, but this is the time of year when cozy sweaters are coming out and the newest trends are arriving in store, so I thought why not! This is also a “try-on” haul which I love watch on YouTube because you can actually see how the clothes fit.

First, I went in to Torrid. I wasn’t looking for any thing in particular and maybe that’s why I tried on so much throughout the day!

Summer Loving Haul

Hi Guys! I felt the need to go shopping on my day off today so I thought I would share with you what I got! Please ignore the Hello Kitty pj pants in some pictures, clearly I’m not too good at taking photos.

I stopped by Old Navy first and everything in the store was up to 50% off. I bought the soft shorts at 30% off and the tank top for 40% off. My total for the two was just over $30.

I got this cute graphic tank from Bluenotes. It was $10. They have a BOGO sale going on but I didn’t see anything else I loved.

Next, I went to MAC. I got a giftcard for my birthday and finally decided to spend some of it. I really wanted a good nude lipstick, and as much as I love the “kylie jenner” lip, Velvet Teddy is too dark for me, so I purchased Honey Love instead. I also bought Soft and Gentle.

Finally, I went to Forever 21 because their plus size bathing suits were on sale and I actually ended up purchasing one! I have never worn a bikini before so I’m super pumped! The fact that I’m confident enough to pull this off is an incredible milestone for me šŸ™‚ Also, the top and bottom were both 30% off.

Hope you guys enjoyed! I’m in the process of writing another post so look forward to that! šŸ™‚

Spring Haul!

Hi guys! Today I thought I would share with you some clothing and accessories that I’ve purchased recently. I’m going to a conference in May for my job so I needed to pick up a couple things that would be appropriate to wear there instead of my usual tees with skulls on them and such haha!

First, I bought 3 new pairs of shoes since yesterday! The boots were originally from Club Couture but I got them from Plato’s Closet for $12 and they are a size 8. Normally, I probably wouldn’t have bought them, but my co-workers were like try them on try them on and since I did end up selling items yesterday, I decided to buy them. The two pairs of flats I bought from Ardene’s. They were 2 for $20 and they’re a size 9. I need to toss about 3-4 pairs of flats anyways, so I figure a change over of shoes for spring/summer would be all right.

Next, I went over to Aeropostale and they were having major sales going on! I got this size L bralette for $14 and it was originally $22. The black one I own from Costa Blanca is getting old, and I think this would look cute under some lace tops I have for the summer.

I also bought two dresses from here as well. They were $55 originally, but they were on sale for $14! A steal no doubt! They are a little short, but I have some gray opaque tights and I have a casual blazer that I think would look good over the colourful one for the conference. Other than that, they would be cute dresses for day drinking on the patio with friends!

Finally, I purchased this Steve Madden purse at Plato’s in the beginning of March as a birthday gift for myself. It is gorgeous and holds tons of stuff without my shoulders hurting when I carry it around. I also like that it’s brown because I tend to go more towards black purses a lot.

I hope you guys enjoyed this post! I’m still trying to figure out how to sync my ipod/iPhone with iTunes and not lose all my apps/photos, so I’ll try to do a tutorial this weekend with my normal camera for the time being. Have a great weekend šŸ™‚

Quick Haul

When I’m bored, I like to wander around Walmart and look at stuff which usually ends in me buying some makeup/hair products. So here are a few things I picked up this evening. I’ve been trying not to spend a lot of money lately so I tried buying only things I either really needed, were on sale, or that I’ve been after for a while.

The first thing I bought is the Be Better Professional Argan Oil Conditioner. I’ve heard positive reviews about using products with argan oil/macadamia oil in them so I thought I would try this product out. Also helped that this was on sale for $3.99!

I picked up anotherĀ Wet N Wild Megalast LipstickĀ in the colour Think Pink. I now have a total of seven from the collection; I think I’m addicted.

The next thing I bought was one of the single eyeshadows fromĀ MaybellineĀ in the shade Made for Mocha. I thought that this would be a good colour to fill in my brows with. I’m currently using the Taupe colour from the Lorac Pro palette and I’ve started to hit pan which makes me anxious, so I thought finding another colour for my brows might make me a little less worried if that makes sense. This eyeshadow was $4.50 from Walmart.

I’m clearly addicted to buying foundation products. I have about 3 and a half on the go currently, but I decided I needed another one. So, I’m going to test out theĀ Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream. I really enjoy using my Aveeno BB cream, but I would like to try another out and Maybelline has always proved me right in its foundation products. (I used the Rimmel Matte BB cream, and it’s absolutely horrible in the fact that it breaks me out every time I’ve used it, so hopefully this one is much better.) This was $7.69 from Rexall.

I have wanted to try theĀ L’Oreal Magic Lumi PrimerĀ forĀ ages and decided to splurge and buy it. I’ve heard great reviews from beauty gurus on YouTube about this product and cannot wait to try it. I’m hoping that although I have combo skin that the pearly finish won’t make my skin look too oily but rather dewy instead. This was $13.96 from Walmart.

Miniature Haul: Summer Style

I just thought I would share with you what I bought today. I had to run some errands on my day off so obviously I went to the mall and did some shopping and then stopped over at work to do some more shopping! So, this is what I picked up today:

Overview of what I bought. Two Talula tanks, Mossimo sneakers and Bluenotes shorts.

Just a clearer version of the high-waisted shorts I bought from Bluenotes for $12. I’ve been wanting to get a pair for a while, but it’s sometimes hard to find them in larger sizes. I love the acid-wash on these! The crop-top is one of the Talula tanks I got from Plato’s Closet, and since it was on clearance I got it for $5.

This shows the other Talula tank which was not on sale but it was only $10. The pair of shoes are brand new, still with tags and I got them for $6 at Plato’s Closet. I’m hoping that they’re comfortable because I’m thinking of wearing them for the EDM music festival, Digital Dreams in a couple weeks.

Hope you enjoyed this mini-haul and I’m looking forward to posting some more posts next week!
