In today’s post I am bringing you all of the products I used up during the Spring! I hope you enjoy!
First, we have the Clean & Clear Daily Pore Cleanser. Once I find a cleanser that doesn’t breakout my very sensitive skin, I stick to it. I use this practically every day and it does not irritate my skin. I’ve already re-purchased another one.
Next, we have the Bath and Body Works Apple and Honey Shower Gel. I received this as a Christmas gift from a friend along with some bubble bath and opened it just after April started I believe. This shower gel smells so good! I love the scents from Bath and Body Works.
Next, I used up a sample size of the Clinique Pep-Start Hydro Rush Moisturizer. I honestly forget if I bought this myself or received it in an ipsy bag. I typically don’t use moisturizer (again my skin is very sensitive) but this did the job well and wasn’t too oily. It had some tackiness to it which I liked before prepping my skin for the day.
Next on the list is the Nip + Fab Dragon’s Blood Plumping Serum (sample size). I received this in an ipsy bag all the way back in October I think and this little tube lasted me until just about a month ago! I think this really hydrates the skin and leaves it looking fresh. I’ve already purchased a full size of this product.
I also used up the L’oreal Voluminous Original Mascara. This mascara used to be my favourite. But the Essence Lash Princess has quickly taken over my life (although, I’m currently trying to use up the other mascaras in my collection). I just find the wand too large now and have not been satisfied with the result.
I also used up a Rimmel London Stay Matte Pressed Powder in the shade Transparent. I could not tell you how many of these I’ve used up in my lifetime. I love this powder. While it doesn’t keep my face matte for all of the day (I have oily skin so what can?), it comes pretty darn close. Effective and inexpensive!
Next, I used up the sample size of the MAC False Lashes Mascara. This wand is huge for the small size it comes in, but the product does lift up your lashes to make them look longer and fuller. This started drying out on me, mostly because I kept forgetting I had it open due to its small size in my makeup bag. But it does work; however I will not be spending the $30+ on it for a full size.
Finally, I used up the Covergirl Ready Set Gorgeous Concealer. I swear this product lasted me almost a year! It just never seemed to be ending. I don’t worry too much when it comes to concealer. This product doesn’t look cakey and that’s all I typically look for in a concealer. Again this is inexpensive and effective!
I hope you enjoyed this post! I will be posting a 6 month update on my Project Pan soon! I’m also hoping that I’ll have more empties for the next season as I’m trying to finish 3 different foundations right now – I’m so close!
See you guys in my next post!
